Who are Pam and Rita?
Polythene Pam and Lovely Rita. Two songs by the Beatles that describe women who captivate the author with their looks and attitude, making the “News of the World” for their clothes, footing the bill for dinner (in the 60s!), and embracing "masculine" style. The Beatles may not have intended these two to be fashion icons, but they ARE the inspiration for our concept!
